How it answers
Every reply is retrieval-grounded: the question is matched against your synced catalog and your curated knowledge, and the AI writes its answer onlyfrom what it found — with your rules shaping tone and boundaries. Out-of-stock products are labelled “coming back soon”, deleted ones disappear, and if the assistant doesn’t know, it says so and points the shopper to you.
