When you write in, please include:
- Your store URL (and a preview/share link if the theme is unpublished).
- The theme version (Theme settings shows it) and the page affected.
- What you expected, what happened, and a screenshot or screen recording.
What support covers#
We help with installing and configuring the theme, using its sections and settings, and fixing genuine theme bugs. Deep custom development, third-party app conflicts and store-wide strategy fall outside standard support, but we’re happy to point you in the right direction.
Theme updates#
Bug fixes and improvements ship as new theme versions. Because your content and settings live in your store — not in the theme code — updating is low-risk. We’ll always note anything that needs your attention in the release.
